Printer cartridges

When your printer runs out of ink, or displays messages to indicate that the ink levels on your existing cartridges are low, you should consider buying fresh inkjet cartridges. If you purchase them beforehand, you will have the advantage of replacing them as and when the printer runs out of ink, however, it is important to check the expiry date of the cartridges, as the last thing you want is for your printer to indicate ink related problems.

Inkjet cartridges for your printer include the black and color ones, so if you have a color printer, you should replace both these accordingly. If you want to save the printer ink for important printing functions, it is a good idea to set your printing mode to economy, or a lower level, which uses lesser ink in printing the same sheet. This way, you can save ink and extend the cartridge replacement period.

You should always make it a point to purchase only genuine printer cartridges, so that your printer is able to print properly. There are many inkjet cartridges related printing errors, so make sure you avoid getting spurious ink cartridges that might lead to ink leak, blockage of nozzle, poor print quality, etc.
